Every design was created by merging fashion photography, landscape photography, graphic design, and fine art principles.

Dion’s resume includes work as a graphic designer, multiple internships in marketing, engineering, and business. He pairs that with 13 years as a commercial fashion photographer, terms as the art director of two magazines, and continues to give back as an educator/consultant for creatives and small business owners.

March 2020 Dion conducted his first solo Miami show in Wynwood Art District. The show consisted of pieces from his collection called “The Eve Esthetic and Her Kingdom”. Over 90 attendees were able to experience the giclee canvas prints along with sponsored drinks, hors d'oeuvres, and desserts. In May of 2022, Dion launched his next collection called “The Eve Esthetic and Her Seed”. Those designs were shown at multiples events throughout the year included art Basel.

Dion believes investing in quality. So all prints are either giclee on archival canvas or Hahnemuehle Batya Rag paper 315. All prints are museum grade and will last you at least 75 years.

In 2014 Dionysius “Dion” Burton began developing The Eve Esthetic fine art series based on the idea of the mitochondrial eve aka the Eve Gene. In 2015 and 2016 Dion participated in multiple showcases around Tampa Bay, Florida. Being a commercial fashion photographer, the demand from clients required his focus to shift and it wasn’t until 2018 that Dion began working on the project again.
